The Puget Drive Townhomes in Renton consists of 8 townhouses that were built in 2019. I hired Donna and Dan prior to the property’s completion, and they were instrumental from the beginning, starting with the lease-up process. They provided expert recommendations on market rents, suggested attainable financial goals that would help the property achieve the selling price I desired and conducted area rent and sales comparable analysis to project future rents. The marketing campaign, which was based on the information they gathered, was impressive and included both print materials (offering memorandum, flyer, postcard, etc.) and digital materials (3D virtual tour showcasing unit interiors, web site, and national outreach program). They also utilized their internal networks of brokers, buyers, attorneys, and 1031 exchange facilitators to reach buyers. Additionally, Donna and Dan did a thorough pro forma projection of future finances and collected several lender quotes prior to launching the marketing campaign. I was especially impressed with this proactive measure, which helped to pre-qualify future potential buyers.
